Every client starts with an intake, where we get to know you (or your loved one) and create a personalized plan to reach your unique goals.
Choose any available time on the calendar below.
The intake is the foundation for success. Here’s how it works:
Complete short assessments that uncover your strengths and challenges so nothing is left to guesswork.
We’ll match you with the perfect peer group and/or private coach for your unique goals.
Work one-on-one with a therapist in a personalized format. Some clients start here to build confidence before moving into a group, or choose coaching long-term for a fully customized plan.
This is a supportive way to build social skills that lead to confidence, friendships, and real connection.
Trusted by hundreds of families and individuals to boost confidence and build meaningful relationships.
We use the PEERS® curriculum, developed by UCLA and backed by 20 years of research, and integrate CBT and ACT strategies to support social confidence and reduce anxiety.
Whether you prefer to learn in peer groups or private coaching sessions, we’ll create the right path for you.
All services are conducted 100% online so you can receive support comfortably from your home.
Yes! This is our chance to learn about you and your social goals, so we can tailor a personalized plan for your social success. All clients are required to complete an intake evaluation prior to joining a peer group or private coaching.
After you complete the intake evaluation, the next step is to sign up for the peer groups and/or private coaching sessions that were recommended by your therapist.
We do not offer a free trial. It’s important that all peer group members and private coaching clients are committed to S Groups and attaining their social goals. If you’re not sure whether S Groups is the right fit for you, please schedule a free 15-minute consultation.
S Groups is 100% remote and all sessions are conducted online on Zoom, so you can attend from anywhere! We do not currently offer any in-person sessions.
We completely understand! That’s why we offer a free 15-minute consultation if you’re not ready to book the full intake yet.

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, FSA, and HSA accounts. We also work with clients with self determination plans (SDP).
We do not bill your insurance. There’s a chance your insurance provider will reimburse you.
We are not an in-network provider for insurance companies. We do not accept single case agreements or EOP benefits. We can provide you with a superbill that you may provide to your insurance company.
We are an out of network provider which means we do not bill your insurance companies directly. Your services may be eligible for reimbursement through out-of-network benefits or health care savings accounts.
A superbill is a document that we can provide to your insurance company. It has a detailed summary of services rendered. Your health insurance company may reimburse you partially or fully for the services we provide, however every health insurance company is different so we suggest you check with them first.
We work primarily with neurodiverse clients. Many of our clients have a diagnosis of Autism, ADHD, or anxiety. You do not need a specific diagnosis to be an S Groups client. Some of our clients discuss having “autism like tendencies”, but do not have a formal diagnosis. 100% of our clients are here because they struggle with aspects of building and maintaining friendships.
Each group social skills training session includes instruction, modeling, coaching, and ongoing feedback. Teens and young adults learn skills through didactic lessons, modeling (in person and video), in-group rehearsal (e.g. role playing with their peers), and homework, which helps build confidence, generalization, and solidify new skills.
Separate, concurrent classes are held for parents, guardians, or a mentor in the teen or young adult’s life, whose involvement is integral to their child’s success with the program. In these groups you learn the skills being taught to participants so that you can serve as a social coach in your child’s everyday life. At S Groups this is not a requirement but is highly recommended.
We work with motivated adolescents in middle and high school and adults ages 18+.
Yes! Our instructors are extensively trained and hold advanced degrees in applied behavior analysis, psychology, special education, or related fields. All S Group therapists have attended the PEERS® training at UCLA Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behaviors and are certified PEERS® providers.
