Social confidence is learned just like driving or math, with clear instruction, practice, and feedback.
We use PEERS®, CBT, and ACT—three of the most research-backed methods for improving social functioning.

Complete short assessments that uncover your strengths and challenges so nothing is left to guesswork.
Receive clear recommendations, defined goals, and a personalized treatment plan for S Groups services.
We’ll match you with the perfect peer group and/or private coach for your unique goals.
Join a small group of 2–8 members (average 6) where you’ll practice step-by-step skills, role play real-life situations, and build confidence alongside others who understand your challenges.
