Attend Groups From Anywhere

Our groups meet 100% online with the same people every week (US only).

Join The Social Solutions Group

Learn to better manage relationships, coping skills, and self confidence in this 15-week therapist-led group. You’ll learn and practice the foundational skills for making and keeping friends, coping with social anxiety, and handling peer conflict and rejections. We have separate groups for adolescents and young adults, allowing our clients to be grouped with similar aged peers. We also have separate groups for caregivers, allowing them to be engaged and provide valuable support that improves results.

Additional Groups

Graduates of the 15-week social solutions group are eligible for additional groups, including dating and career groups. We also offer separate groups for caregivers, so they can provide valuable support that leads to improved results.

Career

A program that teaches employment related skills and how to navigate the work environment.

Dating

A social skills program that helps neurodiverse adults learn skills to find and maintain romantic relationships.

Caregivers

Caregiver groups run concurrently with the Social Solutions group, allowing Caregivers to provide valuable support.

Bootcamps

Learn new social skills by attending online 3-day bootcamps from 9am-3pm, with online groups and private coaching from trained therapists.

Our 3-day online bootcamps are available to everyone, and follow a shortened version of the Social Solutions Group curriculum. The initial consultation and intake are not required to join a bootcamp.

Our Mission

At S Groups, our mission is to improve the lives of everyone we serve by teaching ecologically valid and evidence based social skills in a safe and supportive environment. We believe that everyone should be given the opportunity to connect with others, feel like they belong, and have meaningful relationships in their lives.

Private Social Skills Coaching

Private coaching may be a better fit for you if you have specific goals that can be better addressed in a one on one environment. There are instances where group therapy may not immediately be a good fit. Oftentimes we can work together one and one to support your individual goals and then join the group at a later time. During our free consultation call we can explore which option will best suit your individual needs.
